Terms of service

These terms govern analytical services provided by Solvipurity ehf.

§1. Scope. Solvipurity performs accredited chemical and microbiological testing in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025. Full scope of accreditation AL-1142 is available at isac.is.

§2. Order. An order is considered accepted upon the client's confirmation of the quote and sample delivery per the intake protocol.

§3. Results & report. Results apply only to the tested sample. The report receives a unique number and verification code, publicly accessible at solvipurity.com/verify.

§4. Payments. Payment within 14 days of invoice issuance (wire transfer). We accept ISK, EUR, USD. VSK (VAT) of 24 % is added per Icelandic law.

§5. Complaints. Analytical result complaints accepted within 30 days of report publication. Re-testing requires preserved archive sample (24 months).

§6. Liability. Solvipurity is liable up to the value of the order. We are not liable for business decisions based on reports.

§7. Governing law. Disputes resolved by Reykjavík court under Icelandic law.
