Solvipurity ehf. ('we', 'us', 'Solvipurity') respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Icelandic Data Protection Act No. 90/2018.

We collect data solely to fulfil analytical orders, issue reports, invoicing and client communication. We retain data for the period required by law (5 years — accounting, 10 years — ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation documentation).

Data categories processed: full name, email address, company, phone, sample metadata (batch number, type, quantity). We do not sell or share data with third parties except infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) and legal obligations.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Complaints may be filed with Persónuvernd (the Icelandic supervisory authority: personuvernd.is).
